Classifieds - Don't you think getting monotonous to find out students after graduation becoming a part of a corporate jungle for graduate jobs? This can be good in a way that every student really wants to be on their own, but it is equally unfortunate to find out these young talents landing up in a place which Is most certainly not meant for them. And just what we obtain as a result of this is a de-motivated and disheartened person who is more frustrated than satisfied. You understand why this happen to them? Because they really do not know what they want. They're just using a blind bid where getting job means success and being idle means you're loser. But, should affect us? For sure no.
Jobs - First of all , a student need to do after his/her graduation is to sit down with a relaxed mind, require a sheet of paper and jot down where do you want to see yourself 5yrs down the line. It could be as stupid or clever as you want it to be. Even stating that I want to be described as a millionaire will serve the point. But make sure what you are writing is achievable. I am talking about I have seen students writing 'I wish to be the owner of Bentley company', which obviously in just 5yrs isn't likely. Know very well what your caliber is and write down an objective which according to you is sensible and achievable. Then just work backwards. At least do you know what you want then knowing 'how' will get simple. After 5 yrs you will be aware where you stand since you planed it beforehand unlike many, who despite 30yrs of working experience don't understand what they wanted where they are according with their careers.
Services - Next thing may be to work on your interviews, don't forget you are a graduate and just what you are trying is really a graduate job, and so you should be thorough with your subjects because that is what the employers require that you be.
